About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee modifications on Swiggy and Zomato platforms (utilizing native dashboards & connected POS systems) for restaurant partners, serving as the main liaison for any alterations.
2. Collaborate with account managers to ensure all necessary updates are implemented swiftly and precisely.
3. Act as a sales support manager, coordinating and executing all sales-related requests concerning client changes.
4. Administer a range of changes including timing modifications, image tagging, menu revisions, and complete menu enhancement, elevating basic menus to top-performing ones with refined variants, additions, and explanations.
5. Assume full responsibility for the presentation and configuration of the client's menus and business listings on online food delivery platforms.
