E-commerce Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, eBay, BestBuy, and other marketplaces
2. Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO
3. Update and maintain the product catalog regularly to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items
4. Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking
5. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds
7. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
8. Implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates
9. Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive
10. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales
11. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising strategies
12. Utilize platform-specific tools to enhance product visibility and attract customers
13. Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback
14. Conduct regular analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
15. Prepare and present performance reports to management
