About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage online backend operations and order processing for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, eBay), ensuring timely dispatch and achieving monthly OTIF targets
2. Coordinate with vendors for stock management, accurate logistics planning, and monthly sales forecasting
3. Conduct keyword research, and competition analysis, and create product titles and descriptions to enhance marketplace presence and sales
4. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and address customer queries within SLA to ensure smooth order fulfillment
