About the job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven 'E-commerce Executive' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels to achieve growth and profitability targets. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, digital marketing proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product management:
- Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, eBay).
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock availability.

2. Sales & marketing:
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights for optimizing sales performance.

3. Customer service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the customer service team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Address and resolve any order fulfillment issues.

4. Analytics & reporting:
- Monitor and analyze traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. SEO & SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
