E-commerce Management Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing product listings on our e-commerce platform
2. Conduct data analysis using MS-Excel to track and optimize key performance metrics
3. Generate invoices and other related documents on inventory software
4. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and provide support
5. Help coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the replenishment process
7. Contribute creative ideas to improve overall e-commerce operations and processes
8. All other desk work related to e-commerce sales

Timings: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday
