1. Prepare and log claims data with marketplaces for processing
2. Manage, monitor and oversee returns and claims process for the marketplace platform in collaboration with the WH teams
3. Develop and maintain relationship with external selling platforms and technology service providers to reduce returns and ensure timely claims processing
4. Streamline and improve end-to-end claims processes and look for opportunities for automation with the help of the tech and product teams
5. Coordinate with Order Management and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to create features required to make operations efficient
6. Develop strong working relations and synergy with all stakeholders
7. Operations, marketplace platforms, technology services providers, logistics aggregators, business teams, business finance and category
8. Help resolve new/recurring issues by conducting root cause analysis of the problems with different teams of selling platforms
