As the Assistant to our Entrepreneur, you will play a key role in supporting our Founder s Day-to-day activities and helping to manage various projects. You will be responsible for coordinating events, building community relationships, engaging with influencers, setting up meetings, and closely working with the founder on strategic initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, workshops, and networking events
2. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, guest lists, and on-site coordination
3. Collaborate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key community partners and stakeholders
5. Support the founder in building a strong and engaged community around our brand
6. Identify opportunities for community outreach and collaboration
7. Identify and engage with relevant influencers to promote our brand and events
8. Coordinate influencer collaborations, including scheduling and content creation
9. Track and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns
10. Schedule and set up meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders
11. Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed notes during meetings
12. Assist in following up on action items and key deliverables
13. Work closely with the founder to understand their priorities and objectives
14. Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, travel arrangements, and document preparation
15. Provide general support to ensure the founder's efficiency and productivity
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in event coordination, community building, or a similar role
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
7. Passion for entrepreneurship and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 /year
