1. Deliver care, education, and a safe environment to arthlings in our Arth hours program
2. Develop detailed lesson plans and instructional materials on a daily basis
3. Provide individualised and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each child
4. Evaluate each arthlings growth on multiple parameters as laid in the school s philosophy
5. Keep appropriate records and prepare portfolios, record videos and take photographs of children for documenting learning
6. Meticulously document all learning that happens in the classroom as the means for evaluation
7. Identify the needs and collaborate with other vie educators to assess and address students health and learning challenges
8. Communicate effectively with parents through conferences, emails, newsletters, and other means to discuss students progress
9. Maintain professional competence through in-service education activities provided by professional growth workshops
10. Manage security, care, and maintenance of the classroom equipment
Arth Early Learning Spaces is a preschool/learning space founded on the idea that all children are born competent, capable, eager to learn, and that all children can and must experience success in school. We envision a school where children are the active protagonists of their own learning. To realize this vision, we've brought to life a nurturing and fun-filled learning atmosphere, where children are respected for their individual minds and are cared for by competent and informed adults.
Our understanding of the diverse ways in which the human brain engages in learning is the foundation of our philosophy. We are about 20 beautiful months old now and have had some amazing people work with us on this journey. Presently, we are a small team of 8 people including the educators, a caretaker, and the founding team. Our team comprises graduates from prestigious institutes like IIT, IISER, TISS, and Azim Premji University.
