About the job

The e-commerce executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online store, managing product listings, optimizing the user experience, and implementing strategies to drive online sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. E-commerce operations: Manage the end-to-end operations of the online store, including product listing, pricing, and inventory management. Ensure smooth order processing, payment transactions, and timely fulfillment
2. Website management: Regularly update and maintain product information, images, and descriptions on the e-commerce platform. Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues and optimize website performance
3. Digital marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective online campaigns
4. Customer experience: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve the online shopping experience. Implement customer service best practices and address customer inquiries and concerns
5. Sales and revenue growth: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Implement promotions, discounts, and other strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
6. Analytics and reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and sales metrics. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies
7. Competitor analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the online marketplace

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience in e-commerce operations
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
6. Strong attention to detail in managing product listings and ensuring accurate information
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce landscape
