Ecommerce Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process and package orders efficiently and accurately
2. Manage product inventory and maintain records of product in and out
3. Generate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries
4. Maintain detailed records of packed orders
5. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
6. Procure packaging material from various vendors
7. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail
8. Maintain office organization and cleanliness
9. Assist with shoots and videos, including creating content for social media platforms

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputed university
2. Additional certification or coursework in office administration or related fields is beneficial
3. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
4. Demonstrate an interest in photography
5. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
6. Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Display attention to detail and accuracy
8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
