About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website
2. Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date with descriptions, images, pricing, and availability
3. Coordinate with the design and content teams to enhance product pages and overall website layout
4. Manage day-to-day Amazon account operations
5. Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory management, order processing, and returns
6. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability for both the website and Amazon
7. Assist with order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries
9. Assist in analyzing sales data and website performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth
10. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior for both the website and Amazon
11. Use data insights to make recommendations for marketing strategies and website/Amazon enhancements
12. Coordinate with external vendors, such as digital marketing agencies and logistics partners
13. Develop and execute Amazon-specific digital marketing campaigns, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads
14. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of Amazon marketing campaigns using tools like Amazon Advertising Console and other analytics tools
15. Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events on Amazon/website

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the publishing or retail industry.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and Amazon Seller Central.

4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

7. Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
