Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one consultations with potential students to understand their career aspirations and educational needs
2. Recommending appropriate courses and programs based on individual goals and interests
3. Utilizing sales techniques to convert leads into enrollments and meet monthly targets
4. Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience for students throughout the enrollment process
5. Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new students and increase brand awareness
6. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
7. Resolving any issues or concerns raised by students in a timely and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction and retention
