About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining customer data and tracking interactions in a CRM system to manage leads and opportunities efficiently.
2. Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's offerings thoroughly to effectively answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Sales Presentations: Conducting virtual product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features, benefits, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
4. Sales Proposals and Negotiations: Creating quotes, proposals, and negotiating prices with customers to close deals.
5. Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and updating the sales pipeline, keeping track of potential opportunities and the stages of each deal.
6. Follow-Up: Consistent follow-up with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and move deals through the sales cycle.
7. Customer Retention: Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
8. Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
9. Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular sales reports, forecasting, and analyzing sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
10. Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently working to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
