Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm, Monday - Saturday
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Role Overview:
As an 'Education Counselor', you will guide students in selecting the right digital marketing courses based on their interests and career goals. You'll provide counseling, answer queries, mentor junior counselors, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling: Help students choose courses aligned with their career aspirations.
2. Mentorship: Support junior counselors in achieving performance targets.
3. Sales & Reporting: Meet enrollment targets, track progress, and maintain reports using CRM tools.
4. Additional Duties: Handle complex queries and manage large student groups.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years in counseling or sales, ideally in EdTech.
2. Skills: Strong communication skills, sales-oriented mindset.
3. Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM tools and sales automation systems.
4. Location: Must be based in Mumbai.

KPIs:
1. 60-80 calls/day, 2-3 hours of talk time, achievement of enrollment and revenue targets.
