Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee continuous maintenance of facility, equipment, and utilities.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory audit requirements related to engineering services.
3. Maintain all documentation for engineering services.
4. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instruments, performing checks on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, and maintain logs of inspections for each instrument.
