2. 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
3. Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, motor operations, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
4. Experience working with industrial control systems, PLCs, and electrical wiring.
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
6. Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and safety regulations.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
8. Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented approach.
9. Familiarity with biogas or biomass industry equipment would be an advantage.
10. Basic knowledge of automation and instrumentation systems.
11. Experience with high-voltage electrical systems.
