1. Collaborate with the NPD team to design and develop electrical systems for new electric two-wheelers and cycles, focusing on innovation, performance, and reliability
2. Create and optimize wiring harness designs, ensuring they meet safety, durability, and performance standards
3. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical components and systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure product quality and reliability
4. Assist in the construction and testing of prototypes, making necessary adjustments to meet product specifications
5. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source components, manage timelines, and ensure all electrical systems meet required standards
6. Prepare detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and test reports, to support development and manufacturing processes
7. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product design and development processes, contributing to overall product quality and performance
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
2. Proven experience in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry
3. Experience with wiring harness design, prototyping, and testing
4. Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuitry, and component selection
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
