About the job

The Engagement and Monitoring Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and impact of the foundation's initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

1) Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including partners, beneficiaries, and donors.
2) Organizing and facilitating community engagement initiatives to further the Foundation's mission.
3) Developing innovative strategies to promote the Foundation's programs and expand its outreach.
4) Monitoring feedback and preparing periodic reports to evaluate impact and engagement outcomes.
5) Mobilizing beneficiaries and managing training programs by identifying trainers, selecting training locations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective sessions.
6) Addressing disputes, collecting feedback, and ensuring seamless program operations.
7) Collaborating with implementing non-profits, donors, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners to strengthen partnerships.
8) Coordinating meetings and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
9) Creating and managing reports for both offline and online engagement activities.
10) Traveling to project locations for training sessions, data collection, stakeholder meetings, and fieldwork as required.

Effective Communication Interpersonal Skills MS-Office

Other requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Management, or similar).

2) 1–3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, program monitoring, or related roles.

3) Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

4) Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with report generation tools.

5) Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

6) Problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year
