About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle merchant onboarding: work on the coordination with the KAMs to ensure all onboarding formalities have been completed, merchant account creation on LSQ/onboarding tracker, and coordination with post-sales on the account activation
2. Prepare and send out weekly task-wise and pay-out reports to all enterprise brands
3. Work on banner ticket creation, coordination with the marketing team on banner requirements, and execution of banner activations/deactivations
4. Prepare, analyze, and send out weekly reports internally to track business/operational metrics on enterprise brands
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams specifically post-sales & cataloging teams for cataloging & store related updates

Who can apply

1. Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous

2. Experience in coordination and providing solutions based on stakeholder needs

5. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

6. Well-versed with MS Office
