About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Drive sales for SaaS solutions, using all channels to reach customers
2. Maintain a clear understanding of customer business and solution requirements
3. Engage in 3-way solution calls with sales, pre-sales, and customers to build solutions for our customers
4. Collaborate with different teams to ensure timely solutions
5. Leverage research and tools to identify key decision-makers
6. Generate potential prospects through consultative sales methodology
7. Maintain and build a value-driven funnel/pipeline to meet company goals
Skill(s) required
Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, and sales or related field of study

2. Experience in achieving targets with a proven track record of individual contribution and team handling

3. Ability to analyze customer needs and map favorable software solutions is desirable

4. Passionate about technology and a knack for problem-solving

5. Willing to develop unique and compelling solution selling skills

6. Hands-on knowledge of social media tools and technologies to reach out to prospects and leads nurturing

7. Ability to manage high-volume sales pipelines

8. Excellent verbal, in-person and written communication is a must, in English

9. Passionate and organized with excellent time management skills

10. Experience in enterprise HR-tech domain would be a preferred

11. Industry experience is mandatory - B2B SaaS sales, CRM sales, enterprise sales, ERP Sales, HRMIS sales, conceptual selling, Salesforce, FreshBooks, Workday, Blackboard, Zoho, or LeadSquared


Annual CTC: 6 - 10 LPA (All fixed)
