Entrepreneur In Residence (Brand And Communication) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build the brand's voice
2. Define and create content for all internal and external stakeholders that is cutting across all means of communication (eg website, social media, product apps, ad copies, etc)
3. Fill in the shoes of a copywriter, content writer, social media manager, ad copier, and communication strategist, and wherever a problem can be solved through communication, fill in the shoes
4. Work directly with the founders and various cross-functional teams
5. Plan strict timelines and deliverables for all teams

Requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree from a tier I college or university
2. Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred
3. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with any type of audience
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand numbers, and trends, apply basic pivots on excel, etc
5. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
6. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and articulate your vision
7. Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out-of-the-box thinking
