About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the functionalities and features of ERP software thoroughly.
2. Implement the ERP Software as per the client's requirement including manufacturing, accounting, HR, CRM
3. Conduct demo calls with clients to showcase how our software can meet their needs.
4. Take follow-up calls to address client queries and concerns.
5. Schedule and manage meetings with clients.
6. Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.
7. Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can effectively use the software. It can be remote or by travelling to a client's place.
8. Preparing professional requirements documentation using word, Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Communicate effectively with clients in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, both verbally and in writing.
