ERP Manager Job

Role: Manager ERP (Internal Control Processes)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3+years in ERP
CTC: 10-20 LPA
Qualifications: MBA Finance from a reputed institute / CA / MBA Any specialization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer internal control systems across group companies (corporate & factory).
- Frame and monitor organizational policies.
- Oversee ERP (Oracle Net suite) and IT systems; ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as ERP super user; coordinate with departments for process mapping.
- Design workflows for ERP implementation.

Experience Required:
- If Fresh CA: Exposure to internal audits, control systems in manufacturing, and ERP systems during particle ship.
- Experienced Candidates: Hands-on with ERP (Oracle, SAP), internal control systems, and process development in manufacturing.

Language: Fluent in English & additionally Tamil/Hindi plus.
