Job Description

Good experience on working remotely with global customers.
Research and produce scope deliverables.
Develop and manage proposal budgets and timelines.
Undertake project conceptualisation, identifying the key requirements for developing the proposal.
Identify risks and include appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency in the proposal.
Plan and manage the quality of deliverables.
Accurately estimate the cost and duration of the solution identifying reduced cost methods to
deliver outcomes.
Develop high quality proposals that meet the customers requirements.
Develop proposals that adhere to or exclude contract conditions.
Manage internal proposal review and approval process.
Proposals are submitted on time.
Adhere to project and estimation processes.
Maintain effective relationships with customers.
Takes responsibility for their performance and actions improvement plans.
Makes constructive efforts to change and improve based on feedback from others.
Displays passion and energy for what they do.
Is approachable and friendly.
Plans and manages own time effectively, working productivity with minimal supervision.
Adapts to changes in environment, work demands and priorities, working effectively with a variety
of situations and people.
Open to new organisational structures, procedures, and technologies.
Works varying hours to suit the needs of the project and customer.
