7. Worked with all types of VISAS (ILR, BC, BN, T1, T2).
8. Ensure ATS reporting at all times & related MIS & management reports are made available as per need & monthly.
9. Innovate hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly.
10 Minimizing candidate backouts & ensure maximum closures every week/month to achieve revenue targets.
