About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development, production, and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
2. Research on locations and event choices for multiple cities
3. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
4. Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
5. Managing supplier relationships
6. Travel to locations to source contacts if required
7. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
8. Working out event budget, and logistics (Hotel. venue, catering, etc)
9. Managing an effective event management campaign
10. Managing registrants
11. On-the-day management
12. Ensuring that on-the-day logistics are running smoothly (catering, venue, equipment)
13. Managing event staff to help mark attendance, run speeches, provide attendee support, collect sign-ups, etc.
14. Sending SMS communications to attendees when needed (last-minute venue changes, parking notices, etc)
15. Post-event communication, reporting & analysis
16. Managing post-event marketing/communications ('thank you for coming email, feedback surveys, etc)
17. Reviewing reports
18. Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether the event goal was achieved
19. Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
20. Looking at social media and suggesting various marketing opportunities
21. Create company events
22. Work on marketing our product training to our team

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) Event Management Marketing MS-Excel

2. Excellent organizational and coordination skills

3. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

4. Proficiency in digital event promotion tools such as social media channels

5. Customer service skills

6. Understanding of key performance indicators in events management

7. Proficiency in project management tools

8. Flexibility to work late or attend an event if required.

9. Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills

10. Minimum 3 years work experience in an event role
