About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with clients and vendors
2. Oversee end-to-end arrangements for event requirements, like artist, sound and lights, ushers, etc.
3. Maintain all the expenses records of the event
4. Take necessary venue permissions to conduct events

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
