1. Event planning and execution:

c. Oversee on-site event setup and execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
2. Client relations:
a. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is met.
b. Provide regular updates and event progress reports.
c. Handle client feedback and make adjustments as necessary.
3. Vendor and supplier coordination:
a. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services for the event.
b. Maintain a network of reliable suppliers, including caterers, entertainers, and technical providers.
