We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, securing sponsors, managing vendor relationships, handling social media marketing, and coordinating branding and marketing efforts. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel to other cities for business meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event sales & sponsorship:
a. Drive ticket sales and secure sponsorships for our events.
b. Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful collaborations.
c. Create compelling proposals and presentations for sponsors.
2. Marketing & branding:
a. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote events across multiple channels.
b. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.
3. Social media marketing:
a. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
b. Monitor and manage social media accounts, posting regular updates and engaging with followers.
4. Vendor management:
a. Source and negotiate with vendors for event requirements.
b. Ensure all vendor contracts and agreements align with event needs and budgets.
c. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup at events.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, event marketing, sponsorship, or related roles.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with social media platforms.
5. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
6. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
7. Must own a laptop for work purposes.
8. Experience in the events, hospitality, or adventure sports industry.
9. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
