1. Maintaining cordial relationships with all clients through various communication platforms
2. Developing new marketing strategies for brand positioning and recall
3. Brainstorming with the team and making proposals as per the client's requirement
4. Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough supervision and coordination
5. Strong coordination with the Design and Production team to execute glitch-free events
6. Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, etc.
7. Cost management, negotiations, invoicing, and fulfilling all accounting formalities with the client
8. Doing Research, Booking Artist & vendors, and negotiating as per requirements.
9. Organizing database, managing all formats like MOM, inquiry sheet, etc
10. Post-event formalities like sending reports, feedback, and testimonials from clients, closing the event, etc.
