1. Manage and oversee event planning and execution.
2. Coordinate and organize all aspects of the upcoming Beauty Pageant.
3. Lead marketing efforts and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
4. Manage communication and coordination with participants and sponsors.
5. Conduct research and development to support event planning and execution.
