Competent Event manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact on a target audience. Ensure events are successful while paying attention to each aspect of the event, cost-effective solutions, budget, and deadlines.

An ideal candidate, above all, should be a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques. Also the candidate should be Enthusiastic, organized, and have an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning an event from start to finish according to requirements, customers, and objectives
2. Ready with suggestions and solutions to enhance the event s success.
3. Budget creation and management.
4. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
5. Coordinate all operations activity related to an event
6. Supervise all staff (coordinators, vendors, etc.)
7. Ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
8. Analyze the event s success and prepare reports

Requirements and skills:

1. Proven experience as an event manager
2. Skilled in project management
3. Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
4. Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
6. Excellent organizational skills
