The Event Production Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all technical, logistical, and creative elements come together seamlessly. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in managing budgets, teams, and event technologies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and deliverables.
2. Develop detailed production timelines, event layouts, and schedules.
3. Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
4. Lead cross-functional teams, including technical crews, designers, and logistics coordinators.
5. Delegate tasks and provide clear guidance to ensure smooth event execution.
6. Resolve on-site challenges and ensure all team members adhere to the production schedule.
7. Manage event operations from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of events within budget and timeline.
8. Plan and execute large-scale conferences, BTL campaigns, and on-ground activations across multiple cities.
9. Build and maintain a strong network of reliable pan-India vendors for fabrication, AV, branding, manpower, and logistics.
10. Negotiate the best rates while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
11. The ideal candidate will have an extensive pan-India vendor network and a strong track record in planning, budgeting, and executing events across diverse locations
12. Evaluate vendor performance regularly to maintain a cost-effective and reliable ecosystem.
13. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful event setup, operation, and teardown.
14. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
15. Plan and manage budgets for events, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and making necessary adjustments.
16. Oversee production planning by coordinating logistics, scheduling resources, and managing vendor contracts.

18. Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
19. Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues during the event.
20. Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
