We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding B2B clients for our event business shows, managing a team of Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), and ensuring the successful execution of our events.
Key responsibilities:
1. Client onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard B2B clients for our event business shows, establishing long-term relationships and partnerships.
2. Team management: Lead and manage a team of CRMs, ensuring they meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
3. Event planning & execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and meet company standards.
4. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Budget management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
6. Vendor coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
7. Marketing & promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract high-profile clients.
8. Post-event analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to understand client i.e. feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

1. 1-3 years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B event shows.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events.

6. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
7. Willingness to work from our Lucknow office.
