We seek ambitious and proactive management trainees to join our dynamic corporate events team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work across functions, research and implement new technologies for customer engagement, and reach out to clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer Data Management and Outreach:
Generate, organize, and authenticate customer data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their needs, introduce services, and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify and engage high-potential clients.
2. Research and Technology Implementation:
Stay updated on emerging technologies that enhance customer experiences, such as interactive tools, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and AI-driven solutions.
Research innovative methods to improve brand interaction during corporate events, such as personalized digital touchpoints, gamification, and hybrid event models.
Assist in conceptualizing and presenting tech-based engagement strategies to clients.
3. Event Strategy and Support:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and operations, to support the planning and execution of corporate events.
Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance event experiences in line with client expectations and brand goals.
4. Market Analysis:
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies for the business.
5. Operational and Administrative Support:
Assist in budgeting, vendor management, and logistical planning for events.
Support internal reporting processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or related fields.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in customer engagement strategies and innovative technologies.
A basic understanding of corporate event operations is a plus.
