We are seeking an 'Executive in Accounting and Finance' to manage overall finance and accounting requirements at Muskurahat Foundation and Muskurahat Social Ventures. The ideal candidate will ensure day-to-day accounting is updated through coordination with different departments, ensure timely calculation, payments, and return filings of all statutory dues, and coordinate with auditors to complete audits as per regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure day-to-day accounting and booking, in coordination with the team.
2. Ensure timely calculation, payments, and return filings of all statutory dues (including TDS, GST, PF, PT, etc.).
3. Assist Auditors: Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors and complete the audit as per the Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
4. Coordinate with the team, to manage Payment Receipts and Vendor Payments.
5. Verify all vendor Invoices and generate special reports to negotiate the cost with vendors.

Muskurahat Foundation is a non-profit organization consisting of devoted individuals who strive to spread smiles and aim to bring about the change that everybody only talks about. Our blooming founder, Mr. Himanshu Goenka, at the sheer age of 16, thought that it is time to do his bit for society and laid the foundation for Muskurahat on 10th June 2014. Since then, we have been spreading numerous smiles with a team of 100 volunteers.
