Key responsibilities:
1. Effectively managing the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
3. Conducting data analysis and market research to support business decisions
4. Assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting and forecasting
5. Creating travel itineraries and holiday packages for executives
6. Conducting research and analytics to support strategic initiatives
7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and handling HR operations effectively
8. Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
9. Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
10. Handling correspondence directed to managers
11. Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
12. Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
13. Producing reports and presentations
14. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
15. Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
16. Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
17. Scheduling meetings and appointments and managing travel itineraries
18. Arranging corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events
19. Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
20. Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
21. Developing and sustaining a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
22. Working on accounting/bookkeeping and calendar management
23. Handling client relations - Ahead of the top management to provide acknowledgment and then list the priorities to the top management
24. Designing and maintaining a filing system
25. Organizing meetings
26. Keeping records
27. Typing - MOM, minute all the requirements of clients, staff, and stakeholders
