We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented executive personal assistant. The executive assistant will work directly with the director s office and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and communication duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
3. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
4. Arrange corporate events to take place inside and outside of the workplace
5. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
6. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
7. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
8. Liaison with other departments on behalf of the directors
Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
