1. Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority
2. Schedule meetings
3. Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
4. Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
5. Organize all aspects of offsite conferences and external events
6. Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
2. Advanced ability to organize - detail orientated, prompt with updates
3. Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
6. 0 to 2 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting the managing director level (or equivalent) or above would be a plus
7. Candidates whose highest qualification got over in either 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022 should only apply
