1. Coordinate and maintain the calendar of the leadership team including organizing all internal and external meetings all across the world
2. Manage leadership and team travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, visa arrangements, and expense
3. Work on organizing and servicing meetings, conferences, workshops, and events for both internal team and external clients
4. Follow up and follow through with internal teams
5. Ensure timely and accurate claiming of travel and other related expenses
6. Extend support to the people success team as and when required
7. Work on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and an eye for detail
8. Provide administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database
9. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in day-to-day operations
10. Remain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry
