Job Description:
We are looking for an efficient and organized *Executive Assistant* to support our CEO. The role involves managing the CEOs travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, handling data, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. *Travel Management: *
- Plan and manage the CEO's travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for bookings, documentation, and travel benefits.

2. *Research & Data Management: *
- Conduct research and manage data for various tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Maintain accurate records of travel-related information and expenses.

3. *Team Coordination & Process Monitoring: *
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal teams.
- Monitor company processes and report regularly to the CEO.

4. *General Executive Assistant Duties: *
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and handle confidential documents.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

Time: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Holidays: 2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays
Salary: As per Market Standards
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
