Executive Assistant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:
- Manage client engagement program
- Coordinate all client meetings and make a listing of minutes and deliverables
- Co-ordinate all communications and deliverables to clients within the turnaround time
- Keep detailed trackers of all deliverables given by promoters and clients
- Manage, maintain and analyze contact lists
- Manage CRM
2. Assistance to Leadership:
- Prepare correspondence and voice dictation transcripts/ reports for senior management
- Track and follow up on deliverables of team members and present regular status to leadership
- Analyze documents and conduct research as needed by leadership
- Work on designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations for leadership
3. Administration of the Firm:
- Complete travel arrangements
- Work on recording and filing all expenses
- Work on staff, vendor, and channel partner coordination
- Work on contracts and invoicing
- Work on basic book-keeping tasks
- Co-ordinate all compliances
