9. Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
11. Efficiently manage the CEO's daily schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
12. Prioritize and coordinate various commitments to ensure the CEO's time is optimized
13. Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations for the CEO
14. Ensure that all communication on behalf of the CEO is clear, accurate, and professional
