1. Manage and organize the CMO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
3. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
4. Assist in drafting emails, presentations, reports, and other documents
5. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO
6. Make travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CMO
7. Work closely with different marketing teams, including content writers, social media, creative, and Google/Facebook Ads teams, to ensure smooth workflow
8. Follow up with team members and vendors on deliverables and approvals
9. Support in preparing marketing presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries
10. Coordinate between the CMO and external employees, vendors, and partners
11. Gather and compile marketing data from various platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM systems, and social media insights
12. Assist in preparing reports on marketing performance, trends, and ROI analysis
13. Support in maintaining records of ad campaigns, email marketing efforts, and SEO performance
14. Maintain an organized filing system for marketing documents, contracts, and reports
15. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing for marketing-related activities
16. Monitor and ensure compliance with marketing policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements
17. Manage subscriptions, tools, and software required for marketing operations
18. Support the CMO in strategic planning, brainstorming sessions, and execution of new initiatives
19. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior to support marketing strategies
20. Assist in organizing and managing events, webinars, and brand partnerships.
21. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the CMO
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant
3. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
