We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive assistant to provide comprehensive administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to female candidates.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management
2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
3. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
4. Handle incoming communication and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. Familiarity with the duties and responsibilities of an executive assistant
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
