1. Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including prioritizing appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely attendance
2. Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to budgetary guidelines
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and managing correspondence, inquiries, and requests on behalf of the CEO
4. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and briefed on all relevant matters
5. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, expense management, and other ad hoc tasks as required
6. Assist the CEO in overseeing various projects and initiatives, including conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports to facilitate decision-making processes
7. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters, exercising discretion in all interactions and communications
