The executive assistant role at GoComet plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and project management for the CEO. This position involves a combination of administrative, project management, and strategic responsibilities to support the CEO in various capacities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Communication management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO. Draft and edit emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication materials for the CEO, maintaining a professional tone and ensuring accuracy
2. Project management: Manage and coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively, providing regular updates to the CEO
3. Market research: Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant industry insights, trends, and competitive intelligence. Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries of market findings, presenting key information to aid strategic decision-making
4. Documentation: Maintain and organize critical documents, contracts, and records related to the CEO's responsibilities
5. Internal communication: Streamline internal communication processes, facilitating efficient information flow within the organization. Work closely with department heads to disseminate important announcements and updates from the CEO
6. Special projects: Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach
7. Client outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients on behalf of the CEO to explore business opportunities
8. Calendar management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time management
