Hiring for EA to chairman at Mumbai
Location- Church gate Mumbai
Experience- 4 to 8 years
Salary- Maximum 70k (Per month)

Office Management:
Manage the Chairman 's schedule, appointments, and calendar, coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the principal.
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Communication and Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and other staff members & external stakeholders.
Draft and edit official correspondence, reports, and announcements on behalf of the principal.
Respond to inquiries and requests for information, redirecting them as appropriate.
Data Management:
Maintain and organize important documents, records & related files.
Compile and analyze data for reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the preparation of budget reports, grant proposals, and funding requests.
Event Coordination:
Organize events, ceremonies, and functions in collaboration with other staff members.
Coordinate logistics, invitations, catering, and other event-related tasks.
Ensure that events run smoothly and handle any issues or emergencies that may arise.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding personnel issues, and other records.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
