Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Proficient in office administration and time management

Experience in Executive calendar management
Ability to make travel arrangements efficiently and effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage Executive calendar and schedule meetings
Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for the Executive
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency in the office
Maintain office supplies and equipment in optimal condition
