The 'Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner' will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Managing Partner's office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support: Manage and maintain the managing partner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Meeting coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
3. Travel arrangements: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports.
4. Project management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
5. Research: Conduct research and compile data for reports and meetings.
6. Confidentiality: Handle and maintain sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
7. Office management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Education: B.COM, BBA, M.COM, M.A or similar.
2. Highly comfortable using PC/laptop, mobile
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Experience managing email, calendar, and tasks using Outlook or Gmail
5. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
6. Excellent time management skills.
7. Knowledge of handling websites and/or social media is a big plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
